I wandered into this shop in Santa Fe and bought this powder to bring home to LA. I've now used it completely up and am coming back to order more. The smoked flavor and the heat were wonderful. I used it on meat, vegetables, and most recently, in my hummus! I definitely recommend this spice if you're looking for something new to kick up the heat!
