Made my husband a believer

We recently visited Santa Fe for the first time. I fell in love with green Chile stew from a popular Santa Fe restaurant, but my husband thought it was just "ok". I went ahead and bought this mix, as a recommendation from the Chile Shop owner. I just made it this weekend with a cut up pork roast, chicken stock instead of water and a small can of green chiles. My husband can't stop talking about it he loved it so much. He asked me to get more mixes so we have it on hand.
