Grip n Strip Pepper Prepper

I am always a little leery of gadgets, but I decided to give this a try. After all, I had just purchased my yearly allocation of four bushels of Hatch green chiles. This works quite well and on those perfectly roasted chiles, I stripped both sides in just a couple of strokes. I will definitely buy a second one next year so my lovely wife can get in on the fun!
