I loe Chicken with Mole sauce in any form it ends up as. And this Mole Mix is Very Special I used to make my own sauce but why bother when this is available and it fantastic.

I found this easy to prepare. The mole had a mild and authentic flavor. i've been looking for a long time for a good mole in powder form. I prefer it over a paste. Yummmmmmmmmm!
